We found this tasty recipe for a rhubarb margarita at the taste for adventure blog. We really enjoyed the drink on Cinco de Mayo. The rhubarb flavor was not as noticeable as the lime, however, it was a great drink. As we have 5 rhubarb plans, we can have this drink often durig rhubarb season.
