Cauliflower, Barley and Big Bean Salad

This is an awesome salad that we enjoyed last weekend when we had a small party with friends. It is healthy, hearty and flavorful.

  7. Drain the cauliflower and allow the moisture to evaporate in a colander.

Notes:

The salad tastes best if it has had tome for the flavors to blend. We made the salad in the morning to enjoy at dinnertime.

The salad is a bit Polish style, I guess :) Cauliflower, Big Beans and Barley are typical Polish products. Sometimes I eat something similar, I just change the barley to buckwheat or millet.
