Heading in the right direction with this one because I do love brussel sprouts even though I hate preparing them.
I like the idea of the recipe but it is too dry for my taste. Just needs some kind of sauce though. Simple tomato one might work or even just some soy sauce mixed in as the mix is heating.

    Hi Ian,
Thank you for your comment. I had thought about that when I was cooking the meal, but it turned out to be lovely and moist from steamed sprouts, and the oils already in the pan. Sometimes a sauce will cover up the individual flavors. This really tasted nice, you could taste the sprouts, and the smokey/salty of the tofu hot dogs and the mellow gnocchi, all with a pinch of red pepper flakes- we found it to be perfect. Although if some might like a bit of sauce I would splash the meal with some wine, and some tomato sauce. I don’t think the soy sauce would be as appropriate but..each has their own preferences. It’s great as it is, or you can add a sauce if you like, i any case I hope you enjoy it in good health.
