Elderberry Apple Punch
With the upcoming cold weather and busy holiday season meeting many people, we’d like to offer a delicious warm drink, that is very healthy as well as tasty. In Germany they call it a Punsch and drink it hot in the winter. Gesundheit – here’s to your health!

Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 cups elderberry juice
- 1 cup unfiltered apple juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 capful vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick

Directions:
- Place the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and heat to warm. Do to boil!
- When the drink is warm, remove from the heat and pour into mugs.
Notes:
As alternatives, you could also use cranberry juice or even green tea.
