Melon Pineapple Smoothie
Now that it’s warming up, it’s time to enjoy smoothies again. We’re looking forward to a whole summer full of fresh fruit smoothies.

Serving Size: 2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 honey melon, peeled and cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia
- splash lime juice

Directions:
- Add the melon pieces, pineapple, juice, splash of lime juice and stevia into the blender in that order.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again.
- Serve garnished with a piece of melon and mint leaves.
