Fava Bean and Vegan Cream Cheese Wraps

We enjoyed these for lunch. They would also make a nice appetizer or if you multiply the recipe and slice the wraps, it could make finger food for a party.

    Hi Aiko,
Thank you for your comment. These were really a lovely lunch. We had a different fava bean diner the night before, and had some left over favas, so this worked out really well. I hope you give them a try, they’re very yummy indeed.

  3. These look simple and delicious! I love fresh basil on everything. I might cut them into smaller pieces to make them into pinwheel roll ups for an easy picnic appetizer.

    Hi Mariah,
Thank you for your comment. Yes, hey were very good, and nutritious as well. Yes, they would look and be lovely as appetizer pinwheels or for a party as finger food. It was just the two of us, for dinner, so these were great as shown. Finally we are warming up in temperatures here so lots of tasty salads will begin to be posted :-)
