We enjoyed this tasty rice pudding over the weekend.

A tasty blueberry rice pudding with a bit of cinnamon and vegan whipped cream (Harald Walker)

I had never thought about doing blueberry rice pudding but it was delicious. We added quite a bit of cinnamon, as we find it nice with blueberies, also nice with rice pudding. We used a bit of Soyatoo on top, but did not need any blueberry sauce.

Hi Sara, Thank you for your comment. Yes.this was very yummy. I love blueberries too. Or bushes have fruit on them, although not ripe yet. But when I saw this recipe, I really wanted to give it a try and share with everyone. It’s really good, and has given m some ideas of how to se other fruits like the black currents, and strawberries etc. I hope you make it ad enjoy.

  3. We have bushes in our garden too! Filled with unripe berries, I think it’s gonna be a fruitfull summer :)
