| This page as PDF This is a really delicious salad. We enjoyed it as a “main meal salad” on a warm, muggy summer night.

There are many versions of the salad. This one comes from I love the finger lakes. Everything about it was delicious, I wouldn’t change a thing. It makes a lot, so we are looking forward to having leftovers for lunch tomorrow, it will probably be even better after it’s seasoned overnight.
