| This page as PDF We really enjoyed this meal tonight. As asparagus season comes to a close, we try to have as many nice fresh meals using it as possible.
We found this recipe at deliciouslivingmag.com . Lentils are also one of our favorite ingredients. We followed the simple instructions and it turned out great. The only thing different that we did, was to use chopped chives instead of spring onions. We hope you try this recipe, for it is as healthy as it is delicious.
