Roasted Tomatoes and Onions

This makes a simple yet refreshing appetizer or anti-pasta.

Serving Size: 2
Ingredients:

4 tomatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
fresh thyme
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 220 (C).
Slice the tomatoes thinly.
