    At Whole Foods I did find &quot;Seitan traditionally seasoned wheat glutten,&quot; which is advertised as a meat substitute.  Is THAT what you&#039;re talking about?  
     Or is it like PVC?  Because two of the three letters are the same, in which case I could probably get it at Home Depot.  And don&#039;t you have to soak it for a really, really, really long time before it&#039;s soft enough to cook?</description>
