Beetroot Bread

We enjoyed this tasty pink bread made from beets offered on the fiordizucca web blog. The inside, surprisingly was not as pink as the outside, but it had a lovely flavor. The flavor was somewhat sweet, and herby from the coriander that was also one of the ingredients. The recipe is easy to follow and there are lots of photos to look at and compare as you make your own.

    What an amazing photograph. I can’t get over that pink crust! Beets are the best.

    I’ve been fascinated by that photo… I’ve never seen bread that color!
