Thank you for your comment, and sharing of your adaptations. It&#039;s sounds wonderful!!! I will definitely do this.  love lime. It s not so common here where we live, but I can find them at times.  The coconut milk is a great idea, and of course any fruit filling would e good. I may do it again but with either a rhubarb filling, or gooseberry filling, those would also b nice with the lemon/lime.</description>

		<description>I made this for my sister&#039;s birthday recently and it was delicious!
I wasn&#039;t concerned about it being white, which it wasn&#039;t but the flavour was great. I did add a lot more lemon, and also some lime juice which made it nice a citrusy and not to sweet. and also instead of soy milk i used coconut milk which just added to the whole flavour. It turned out really rich, especially if you put lots of lemon in the icing.
Highly recommend though!</description>
