		<description>You always have such marvelous food combination ideas.  I'd like some advice if you have some to offer:

My CSA gave me 4 winter tomatoes this week.  They're hothouse tomatoes, and I'm glad to have them because they are local food, but . . . they are winter tomatoes.  They're almost orange, not really red.  I know if I slice them up, well, first of all, I'd have trouble going through 4 tomatoes in a week just slicing them.  But also, I know the flavor and consistency will be a bit disappointing if I just try to eat them plain.  Any suggestions for recipes that will use all 4 winter tomatoes and perk the flavor up?</description>
