The instructions are very clear and easy to follow and it makes a really gourmet tasting soup which is very creamy smooth and ful of flavor.
The only thing I did was to add a pinch of sugar to bring out the sweetness of the carrots and cashews. This recipe makes a lot. I halved the recipe and even had a nice bowl left over for the next day.
