Tomato & Onion Salad

This page as PDF Well, this is so easy, I don’t feel right calling it a recipe. But often people forget about simple things. This is a really nice refreshing salad.

Serving Size: 2
Ingredients:
- 4-6 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onion, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Wash the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces. I discard many of the seeds while I’m chopping, but allow some also as well as the juices.
- Often I use a red onion, other times it’s just a regular white one. Mince it finely.
- Add the onion to the tomato.
- Season to taste with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Allow it to sit for a while to season, and that’s it.
- Told ya, it was easy!
