Sauerkraut soup a traditional soup from Estonia. The combination of sauerkraut and potatoes is always a good one and also made this a very tasty soup. Perfect for a cold winter’s night.
It wasn’t as sour as the name sounds, due to the nice carrots that are also in the recipe. Pille of nami-nami gives very detailed instructions, and the soup turns out just perfect. It’s given us some good ideas of more ways to use this tasty combination in the future.
