A truly inconvinient truth
Vegan Outreach has put together a page documenting the links between food choices and global warming. The report from the United Nation’s Food and Agriculture Organization, combined with research from the University of Chicago, shows convincingly that our food choices are at least as important as our other choices in terms of our contribution to global warming.
