This page as PDF We really enjoyed this tasty salad.
It also provided an opportunity to use up some of my nice young zucchinis. The recipe from Lucullian delights is nice and fresh and tangy with the lime juice and I used wasabi flavored sesame seeds (the little green specks) which also added a spicy flavor. Ilva gives good instructions that are easy to follow and offers many lovely photos on her blog.
