Happy Birthday Chris

Vegalicious Chef de Cuisine Chris is celebrating her birthday today.

I hope you enjoyed her recipes and great cooking as much as I did. It motivated me to create this site and take thousands of photos. For dinner we had one of our favorite meals, the gorgeous Sauteed Gnocchi Alla Fungi.

   I want to thank you all for your birthday wishes. It’s sweet of you all, and especially lovely of my husband, such lovely flowers and a beautiful gift of his photos, and this online tribute. It did indeed make my day, and I look forwarsd to giving him, and vegalicious many more delicious, healthy and compassionate meals.
