Avocado Soup
This soup can be served either warm or cold.

Ingredients:
- 3 large avocados
- 3 tblsp lemon juice
- 3 cups good vegetable bouillon
- 1/4 cups soy cream (Alpro Cuisine for example)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- (salt)
Directions:
- Puree the avocados with lemon juice, vegetable bouillon and soy cream.
- Add black pepper to taste (and a hint of salt if needed).
