Stracciatella means vanilla with chocolate shavings. This is a very special treat that we won’t often have, but nice for a special occasion.
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 100 grams pure chocolate candybar
- 1 tbs. powdered sugar
- 40 mill. cherry/chocolate or almond liquor
- 200 grams soyatoo or other soy whipping cream
- optional cherries
Directions:
- Whip the soyatoo with the powdered sugar until it is stiff.
- Add the liquor.
- Using a vegetable peeler, shave the chocolate candybar into fine shavings.
- Mix the chocolate shavings into the whipped soyaoo.
- Optionally, you can also add cherries(wither from a jar or can).
- Place the stracciatella mixture into desert dishes and then into the refrigerator until ready to serve.

my mom [and myself] will worship you for this! stracciatella ice cream has always been her number one flavor. hooray for you!
