A couple of days ago we saw the photo of a great looking colorful bi-quinoaed dish by blushinmuffin on Flickr and today we prepared the recipe as it was a good day for salads.
It doesn’t only look stunning and refreshing, it also tastes like it. A great salad which we will definitely make more often.
