I don't remember right now if the free Acrobat Reader has it, but if you are a Mac User, Apples Preview application allows you to add comments to PDF and save them. Hi Moira,

It took quiet a bit of time to implement and I don't know if it works with this version of wordpress. I guess I will find out soon. I like Krecipes, esp. it's data model. MacGourmet is one of the best, but it's limited to Mac users. I use Krecipes (http://krecipes.sourceforge.net/), so I can use krecipes, plain text, html, meal master, master cook, recipeML and Rezkonv files.
