		<description>Tried making this with mixed results.  As Kristan mentioned, I wasn&#039;t sure when to add the zucchini so did as she did.  I found the vinegar to be a bit overwhelming, and I think I&#039;d rather have diced tomatoes in the &quot;omelette&quot; rather than pureeing tomatoes with the chickpea flour.  Also, this didn&#039;t quite &quot;set&quot; like an omelette would... I was left with potatoes in a thick chickpea flour gravy.  With some tweaking this could be nice, but the recipe as written didn&#039;t quite work for me.  I might experiment though!</description>

		<description>This is delicious.  I wasn&#039;t sure what todo with the zucchini so I sauteed it with the onions and potatoes right at the end.  I found it easier to flip them the old fashioned way.</description>
