I can't express how happy I am to be able to feed off your recipes. It's hard being a vegan out there because you can get bored easily if you don't diversify your meals. I just recently started being a vegan and this website has helped me to stay on track! Eating out is still kind of a pain, since everything has either meat or cheese in it. I ended up having popcorn last night (not my ideal type of dinner).
Anyways, as a form of gratitude I decided to give you feedback on every recipe I use. ;) I didn't have much time today so I decided to make this one. It's quick and easy to fix, and as for me, anything put into a wrap tastes good :) Again I switched the ingredients a little bit. I used mixed greens, red bell pepper, avocado and smoked provolone veggie cheese (wow! that's the best tasting non-dairy cheese I had so far) and raspberry vinaigrette. Yum! :)
