		<description>I finally got around to making this, after having it bookmarked for how long? February I guess ;) Anyway, it was lovely, though I think next time I might up the lime juice a little, or maybe a little lemon juice in place of the orange juice in the dressing. Still, I think I would want to be very sure I had good oranges before I made it again, since they're such an important part. I'm definitely inspired to make more quinoa recipes though!</description>
