Thank you for your comment. es, cashews are very nice nd do make a nice creamy sauce as well. They are not always easy to ind in various countries, and they are high in calories. This version makes a very nice creamy gratin that is lighter but still very tasty.
Yes, Jerusalem artichokes are a very different vegetable indeed, also very tasty.</description>
