Also known as chili sin carne. This is one of our camping meals, since it only requires one burner to prepare.

Directions:
Sauté the onion in a large skillet.
Pour all the other ingredients together in and heat.
Season to taste with tabasco, salt pepper and cayenne or chili powder.
Whenever I cook with beans, I add some cumin, it is known to help against the gassy effect that beans have.
I serve this over rice and with cornbread on the side.
