I am so glad someone has found this soup :-) Isn't it fantastic, we really love this one and think it is our total best soup. Actually I use stone ground most often as well, but most people have the Dijon. Either one works well. It's the combination of all and the wine. It really is a great soup. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and actually you've reminded me about it. I should make it again. Our temperatures are really going down below freezing at the end of the week so this will be perfect for the weekend. Do look though the index at the other soups..there are quite a few gems in there.
