and thank you for your kind comment. I will admit, there are times when we sit down to a tasty meal, that we really feel sorry for those who are not vegan. :-)
I will have to advise you though, that is an older pumpkin pie recipe, I just made a new recipe yesterday. It was also very yummy. It has a gingersnap crumb crust, and does not use tofu yet it still set well. And we enjoyed a bourbon sauce rather than the traditional whipped &quot;soy cream&quot;. It was really tasty. It will be in the next couple of weeks that it gets posted so check back from time to time.</description>
